Shipping & Delivery

All orders will start shipping in UAE & WW from December 1 2024, in time for Christmas if placed before November 30th.
We are happy to tell you that all shipping costs in UAE and WorldWide will be free of charge for our Pre-Launch phase until January 10 2025 when we formally launch. 
UAE Delivery Cost is free, 10 Euros to ship to Europe & UK, all other International costs will be calculated at check out.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or change your purchase for Dubai and Abu Dhabi, please email viviandco.shop@gmail.com, within 14 days of your purchase, with your order number, and we will arrange your return. For the rest of the UAE, and rest of the world we are really sorry, but we are unable to cover return costs at the moment but please return it to us via tracked post or courier and we will ensure the right item or your return gets to you asap. We want to ensure all our customers are thrilled with their purchase.
